If you’re using ADGUARD or similar ad-blocking software, the fix is straightforward. Follow these steps to add Chitubox-related domains to your exception list:

Take ADGUARD as an example

1. Open ADGUARD Settings: Launch ADGUARD and navigate to the Settings menu.

2. Go to Network Settings: Select the Network tab.
   

   1. Edit HTTPS Filtering Exceptions: Under the “HTTPS Filtering” section, add the following two domains to the exception list:

      • https://cas.chitubox.com

      • https://part-library.chitubox.com

   

3. Save and Restart: Save the changes and restart Chitubox Pro 2.0.
